This Terms & Conditions Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between BlissfulNest Design Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any person or entity ("you", "your", or "User") who accesses or uses our website, its services, or engages us for interior design services, whether directly or indirectly.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We strongly advise you to read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully competent to enter into and comply with the terms of this agreement. If a user is below 18 years of age, it is assumed that such user is accessing our website under the supervision of their parents or legal guardian, who has read and agreed to these Terms.
To avail our services, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, contact details, and address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe the terms are being violated.
BlissfulNest Design Studio offers luxury interior design consultations, space planning, material sourcing, and project execution services for residential and commercial properties.
All service engagements are subject to a signed agreement and advance payment as outlined in your project proposal. Services rendered are non-transferable and specific to the agreed project scope.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable prior notice to active clients.
All fees are outlined in your individual project proposal. Payments must be made as per the agreed milestone schedule. Delayed payments may result in project pauses and may attract a late fee as specified in your contract.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and approved digital payment platforms.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the cancellation policy outlined in your project agreement. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
All design concepts, mood boards, 3D renders, drawings, and materials created by BlissfulNest Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Upon complete payment, the client receives a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered designs for the specific project. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used for any other project without prior written consent.
Photographs of completed projects may be used by BlissfulNest Design Studio for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client expressly opts out in writing.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to the project site as required. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and associated costs.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or licences required for construction or renovation works arising from our design services.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing and will be subject to a revised proposal and additional fees.
BlissfulNest Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays by third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers.
Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of specific materials, products, or finishes recommended as part of our design services, as these are subject to market availability.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during our engagement is used solely to deliver and improve our services and is never sold to third parties.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
